Here's a fun idea I got from my friend Tam. I'm bored at the moment, so here goes:
Do a Google search by typing in your first name and "cannot" to see what you come up with. Here's what I got:
Cami cannot perform miracles (despite what my kids think)
Cami cannot wait to have some sun back in my life! (so true!)
Cami cannot be used without the Mac Pro RAID card (huh?)
Cami cannot attend each meeting (nope, I hate meetings)
Cami cannot legitimately prevent your designs from being re-sold either. (Sorry)
We regret that this Cami cannot be shipped to PO Boxes (no way I would fit in a P.O. box anyway)
Morgan got a call from the hospital yesterday telling her that, depending on Riellys next eye exam, he may be able to come home in a week!
Happy Birthday to my Mom!!!!!!! Mindi, Tori, and I took her to Cheesecake Factory today. We had a great time!

Rielly is 4 lbs 10 oz. He is on 1/2 L of oxygen. He does have somewhat of an eye problem though based on the last eye exam. He has ROP (retinopathy of prematurity) so he MIGHT need glasses but as of now, he won't need surgery but that could change. He is wearing clothes now and is in an open crib, no more incubator!
Ok, last night when I posted the pictures of Celine Dion, I was mostly testing my ability to send posts to my blog from my cell phone. They looked so crappy, I had to take them off. The concert was great though. She walked by us at the end of the concert and shook our hand. It was a fun night.

I just love the positions Rielly puts himself in. He's just kicking back relaxing.
He is 3 lbs 9 oz now. He had his first immunizations yesterday. When he gets to 4 pounds, he will be able to start wearing clothes and soon after that, he will be able to be in an open crib. He is having quite a few A's and B's, apnea and bradycardia, where he stops or forgets to breathe and then his heart rate drops. Most of the time he recovers on his own but sometimes they have had to stimulate him to get him to breathe again. He won't be able to come home until he doesn't have any of those episodes for a week straight. He also needs to be taking all of his feedings by mouth and gaining weight, which he started today. He did really well, he knew exactly what to do. He also needs to be able to maintain his body temp on his own. He hasn't met any of these criteria yet. They say that he should be able to come home close to his due date, which is 45 days away. It has gone by fast!

My cute dad lucked out last night and got to hold Rielly. It was funny, the nurse asked if either Morgan or my dad wanted to hold him while the bedding was changed. My dad told Morgan she could. Morgan said, no, you are going to. My dad said, no I'm afraid I'll drop him. The nurse said, you won't drop him. My dad isn't too hot on interacting with the grandkids while they are still newborns. He waits until they can interact with him. He loved holding him though. Rielly was looking right at him and my dad didn't realize that Rielly can see him. It was very cute.

Rielly is doing awesome. He is down to 1 liter of oxygen on a regular nasal cannula. They were able to wean him down quick, he was on 5 liters on a high flow nasal cannula last week. He had an exam to look at his vocal cords to see if they were damaged when they did the heart surgery. I haven't heard back about the results yet. He is also 3 pounds! They are fortifying his feedings with more calories so he will likely put on a lot of weight at this point.
